SHIPPING
Rates depend on the quantity and size of the order. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Prints and drawings begin at $10 for 1-2 pieces, packed in a cellphone sleeve and bend-proof envelope.  Larger prints are rolled in a sturdy tube.  Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.  Average delivery time is 2-5 days for orders within the U.S. from time of shipping.  Before placing your order, please confirm that your shipping address is correct.  Unfortunately, rush shipping is unavailable at this moment.

• If you order a poster and a smaller print, they will be shipped separately.  Posters are packed in tubes, and prints in a flat envelope.

INTERNATIONAL RATES begin at $35 for USPS Priority Mail International for prints, and rates for larger originals begin at $50.  Please place international orders at your own risk, as mail may be held in customs for up to four weeks, and the buyer may be charged additional customs fees and taxes.  

SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically applied to all New York orders, in accordance with state law.
 

RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are generally unaccepted, but will be made on a case-by-case basis in the rare chance that a defective piece was shipped.  If this happens, contact hello (at) dan-ah.com within three days of receiving the order.  However, we cannot be held responsible for damages or loss due to postal transit.  If an order is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and file a claim.  Replacements may be sent in certain cases, provided that the buyer covers the extra shipping charge.
